We accept FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is in good condition. This policy starts from February 1, 2023 orders.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you don't absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer FREE returns and exchanges. Items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You can contact us for a return label.

Before shipping back the item, please email us to request a return label. We reserve the right to refuse the package if it is sent back without our permission.

We offer one-time FREE exchanges for items that have not been worn or tampered with. Once we receive the returned wig, we will ship the exchanged item for free.

If there is any price difference for the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

Rush Exchange: You can place a new order and receive a refund when the original item arrives back. Place a new order online, and we will send your new purchase after receiving the payment. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we will issue a refund or store credit with no expiry date.

Please fill in the order form below and send it back with your order for return or exchange.

Custom made orders cannot be exchanged or returned except for our mistakes.
