When I ordered this wig I put the wrong address and I sent them a message and asked for it to be changed and she did just that ! I absolutely love this hair! Communication was fast and shipping was as well! I just got the install the hair today. Hair is realllyyyyy soft and straightens very well! Dyed it black and turned out perfectly! Honestly, I have no complaints. My wig was delivered within 2 week of ordering. I bleached the knots twice and yes there was shedding but that��s expected. There was no smell and when I washed the hair the body wave curl pattern came right back. This lace is HD and the frontal was pre plucked however I customized it more to my liking. I didn��t have any issues plucking. The hair holds a curl well. The hair was true to length but I sewed in and extra bundle to make it more full. The seller communicated very well. They texted me a couple of times to leave a review but I wanted to install and wear the hair first, so that��s what I did. I will definitely be ordering from here again

The wig had no smell and I love the gifts you added you��ve gained a forever customer but I��ve never had hair this good before I love it

Okay so first this hair came in very fast despite going thru a panoramic .
