However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 6 to 8 business days for processing. Additional processing time is needed for colored hair.

Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in China via DHL Express or FedEx. And once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

2.Please email or text us with photos of the goods for our reference.

3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.
