-How do you deliver the hair/wig and when will I receive my order? Most of our package is delivered by DHL, and then are USPS, UPS, FedEX.

-Can orders be delivered to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO address?

We are unable to provide delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO address).

--Do you offer overnight delivery?

Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping currently.

-Can I change the shipping address when I ordered?

If you want to change your shipping address, you should send an email to inform us within 24 hours. If you don't inform us in the time frame, we will ship your order to your initial shipping address, if you can not receive it we are not responsible for it.

-Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

When your hair/wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided within 48 hours; the tracking number will be attached in the email. Then you can check the status of the shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

**Import Duties, Taxes on International Shipments**

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.

To avoid paying the high tariff when you receive your package, we may ship your package as "Hair/Wig sample/Synthetic hair", and declare a much lower price about $10-$30 on the package.
