We accept FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is in good condition. This policy starts from February 1, 2023 orders.

Rush Exchange: You can place a new order and receive a refund when the original item arrives back. Place a new order online, and we will send your new purchase after receiving the payment. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we will issue a refund or store credit with no expiry date.

How To Washing Your Hair

-Before washing, gently detangle your hair with a wide-toothed comb or fingers. During washing, avoid rubbing or twisting to prevent breakage or frizz, instead use a gentle swishing motion.

-In cool water with mild shampoo, swish hair until clean and rinse thoroughly. After washing, condition the hair in a fresh basin of cool water, allowing the conditioner to penetrate the strands. Rinse thoroughly.

-Post-washing, blot the hair with a clean towel to remove excess water, avoiding rubbing. Allow hair to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight.

-For curly hair, comb with fingers instead of a brush to maintain curl pattern. Avoid sleeping with wet hair to prevent tangles and damage.

-Before bed, wrap your hair to maintain style and prevent pillow friction damage.
